Richard Buckler (1949–2017) was an influential comic book artist, writer, and editor best known for his groundbreaking work with Marvel Comics and DC Comics during the 1970s and 1980s. Celebrated for his dynamic storytelling and expressive draftsmanship, Buckler worked on iconic titles including Fantastic Four, The Avengers, Spider-Man, and Black Panther, and co-created the cult Marvel character Deathlok.
